Manggo Garden is the first hospitality investment project of our Russian client in Indonesia. The development includes 9 bungalow villas, built as a boutique accommodation project and serving as the foundation for the client’s long-term investment strategy in the region.

We provide a 10-year structural warranty, covering the main structural elements of the building in accordance with agreed specifications and construction standards.
Maintenance & Defects Liability
A 12-month maintenance and defect liability period is included, ensuring all workmanship-related issues are addressed promptly after handover.
Transparent Contract Framework
All projects are governed by written contracts outlining scope, responsibilities, payment milestones, warranties, and exit clauses — protecting both client and contractor.

I am currently leading Beringin, a construction and project development company dedicated to supporting international clients who wish to invest and build in Indonesia.
My role today goes beyond building structures. I work closely with foreign investors, architects, and landowners to help them shape their ideas into real, well-planned, and profitable projects - from concept, design coordination, cost planning, permits, until on-site execution.
Indonesia, especially Bali, Lombok, and Sumbawa, is entering a new phase of global attention for property and lifestyle investment. Through Beringin, I focus on becoming a trusted bridge between international vision and local execution - ensuring that every project is developed with transparency, strong fundamentals, and long-term value.
My personal mission is simple: to help people build not only properties, but confidence in investing and growing in Indonesia.
